Drums and Doughnuts

Tonight, John & Kim P. were kind enough to take us to Drums Across Kansas in Hutch. What a great show! These drum corps are so incredibly tight! I am always inspired when I leave there, even if it’s just to work harder at what I do to be excellent. Oh yeah, it also makes me want to learn how to play the drums, but then I remind myself that I don’t know how to do what I’m SUPPOSED to do now, so why should I add another something in. But that’s a rant for another day.

I guess I’d better go to bed. Tomorrow morning…DOUGHNUTS. I think this is going to be a blast tomorrow…

    You could just strap cymbals to your clothes so when you start jumping and playing the guitar, you would technically be playing a percussion as well . . . . just a thought . . . . Take lots of donut pictures. It’s the best idea ever.
